UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

 

Greeting Cards & Card Prints – FREE UK Standard delivery on all Greeting Cards and Prints. Sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post. Please allow approx 2-5 working days.

 

Fabric Prints – FREE UK delivery via courier. As our fabric prints are made to order, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will email you with an estimated delivery date.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Currently we only offer free delivery within the UK. If you are overseas and interested in any of our products, please email hello@batiki.co.uk with your order requirements and location and we can provide you with a quote.

RETURNS

We really hope you love your Batiki products, however if you are not entirely happy, in the first instance, please email hello@batiki.co.uk to notify us of your issue and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

 

Unwanted products must be returned within 14 working days from the date of dispatch. The Products, including their original packaging, must be returned as new in a saleable condition. We recommend sending items back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.

We are only able to refund the price of the products in full and sadly cannot cover the return shipping costs unless you are returning/exchanging a defective product. We will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
